Has my order been sent yet ?

Unless otherwise updated we will begin shipping once a week every Friday. This gives our customers a chance to update us with any address changes before fulfilling an order. 


Has my order been sent yet ?


Orders will stay in queue and ship on Fridays. Be on the lookout for the Order Confirmation Email, sometimes it gets stuck in spam by accident.


Part of my order is missing


We hope this doesn't happen but if you ever find a partial order - send us a photo. We will update inventory and ship missing items free of charge for the inconvenience.


Which methods of payments can I use?


We accept most major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard or Amex. Payment plan and Crypto will be available shortly, signup to be notified.

Tracking info is automated then sent straight to your inbox. You can also opt to track via at any given time. 


You’ve sent me the wrong items


Oh man smh! If we make a mistake, I will take the time to correct it. Just contact us along with order info and snap a picture for us so we can verify. 


I forgot to use my discount code


The majority of our discounts are automated. Meaning you don't have to worry about a thing during checkout. BUT... if you're looking for exclusive deals well sign up to our newsletter. We promise not to spam.


Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?


We charge flat shipping rates based off weight. Our choice for shipping is USPS and we are always searching for efficient solutions. For international orders shipping from the United States can take from 7-14 days depending on where you are located.
